Non-Refundable Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order deposits for all Multimorphic products are NON-REFUNDABLE.

When your product is ready to enter production, A Multimorphic sales representative will contact you using the email address associated with your order to confirm your final order details and issue your final invoice. If payment of the final invoice is not received within 45 days of that notification, your pre-order will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Prior to the production notification email, and subject to approval by a Multimorphic sales representative, a pre-order deposit may be transferred to a different version of the same product (for example, a different P³ machine configuration or a different game kit). A $50 transfer fee will be deducted from the transferred deposit.

Alternatively, prior to the production notification email, and subject to approval by a Multimorphic sales representative, a pre-order deposit may be transferred to another purchaser. A $250 transfer fee will be deducted from the transferred deposit.
