We’ve been fairly quiet over the last few months, but rest assured we are hard at work developing a long list of new games and features for the P3 and our control system products. How will we and our partners top recent releases of Heist, new mini-games, networked head-to-head gameplay, Twitch-Connect, USB/Bluetooth headset support, and a record-breaking 15-ball multiball? Stay tuned! Existing P3 owners will continue to get new games and features at a fraction of the cost of new machines, and others will have even more reasons to join the family. Our next full P3 game kit is based on an amazing licensed theme, and Scott Danesi is working on the audio package!
Over the last few months, lead times on new P3s have ranged between 4 to 8 weeks, with current orders shipping in about 6 weeks. We maintain inventory on all of our game kits and can usually ship them immediately.
While global supply chain slowdowns have had a material impact on our operational planning, we’ve so far managed to stay ahead of any issues. Our lead time variance on machines is due entirely to the volume of incoming orders and the size of the manufacturing team we employ to build our products. Semiconductor shortages are real, but we’ve been proactively buying not-insignificant quantities of components early to ensure our PCB manufacturing partners have enough components to fill forecasted orders. We therefore continue to encourage all companies using our P-ROC and P3-ROC control system products to provide early and long-term forecasts wherever possible.
Regarding P-ROC / P3-ROC control system products specifically… Thank you to everybody who trusts Multimorphic products to control their games. We remain proud to have the most feature-rich and capable products in the industry, and we’re also committed to continuing to improve them and provide the best possible support to all of our customers, large and small.
Recently we’ve received reports of industry insiders with ulterior motives strong-arming potential clients into using other products. If that happens to you, feel free to contact us to discuss your options. We’re here to help everybody make the best possible decisions for their machines. If you have questions about any aspects of our business or products, please contact us directly at [email protected].
Expansion / Manufacturing changes
Due to increased demand for P3 pinball machines, we recently gained access to another 5000 sq-ft of manufacturing space, effectively doubling the size of our factory in Round Rock, TX. This space helps minimize our reliance on 3rd-party cabinet builders and increases our manufacturing volume. Because of the popularity of the theme of our next full P3 game kit, we expect to quickly ramp up to full manufacturing capacity. We’re also setting up a new showroom with an array of P3s and many of our games. If you’re ever in the Austin / Round Rock, TX area and want to come by for a tour and demonstration, feel free to contact us to set up a time.
Stay tuned for more exciting news and releases!
